Welcome to The Connection! Jesus liked stories and metaphors and so do we. The Connection is built completely around the metaphor of building a house, with various construction phases to help us develop into all God created us to be. Our process comes specifically from Ephesians 2:19-22 where Paul talked about taking people from all over the world and building them together into His House. From this picture, we have broken this down into four Construction Phases—you are at the first, “BluePrints for Belonging.”

A blueprint for a house shows you the entire plan so you know what to do and what to expect; we believe God has a design for developing us into mature Christians and this first Phase will help you to understand what that is. Each of these phases is a class that gives you an overview of the core value; in this first phase, that value is belonging.

All of us desire to belong; we’re designed that way. We want to show you how to belong so In BluePrints for Belonging we invite you to Pastor Rick & Deb’s house for an afternoon to get to know one another and share dinner together while explaining in detail what it means to belong to Christ. Many people have ideas, but we spend an entire hour or more explaining and answering questions about what it really means to be a Christian.

The second part of belonging is sharing the blueprint of what it means to belong to The Connection church family. We will give you an overview of the construction phases and show you the plan that will help you become more than you imagined possible.
